7. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are payable by the customer.
Delivery charges may vary depending on:

The applicable delivery charges will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, delivery charges are separate from the product price.

- Short circuits
- Wrong voltage
- Water exposure
- Physical damage
- Unauthorized modification
- Improper handling
- Incompatible vehicle systems
may not qualify for exchange.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information including:
- Name
- Mobile/WhatsApp number
- Delivery address
- Vehicle/scooter model
- Required product
- Quantity
- Other information necessary to process the order
VK Moto Hub will not be responsible for delays, incorrect products, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
